The conference starts on Saturday, March 24th with registration will open at 10:30 am (with coffee / fruit / juice available upon arrival).
Note: As OBD is running during a weekend, you can park free in any WHITE or GOLD parking space on campus (except those with ‘reserved’ signs)
The conference will kick off at noon, with the first oral presentations starting at 12:30. Oral presentations will run to ~5:00 (including a 1/2 hour refreshment break). Following the end of the second seminar session, the poster session will be held in the Science Atrium. The Banquet will start ~7:00 which will be followed by the Keynote speech by Dr. Lyne Morissette
The second day of the conference (March 25th) kicks off with the first of 2 sets of oral presentation session at ~8:30 and will run to ~11:30 (including a 1/2 hour refreshment break). Boxed lunches will be provided, while the judges deliberate, with the closing remarks and awards ceremony ~12:30.
