20/03/ UWindsor hosts students for Ontario Biology Day
WHAT:
Ontario Biology Day, an
opportunity for 300 undergraduate students from across the province to
present research findings and network with colleagues. A highlight of
the weekend is a lecture by Gabrielle Bouilianne, senior scientist in
developmental and stem cell biology at Toronto’s Hospital for Sick
Children and professor of molecular genetics at the University of
Toronto, who will present, It’s Not Over ‘Til the Fat Fly Sings! What fruit flies can teach us about human obesity.
